Delete Problem Report History in Windows 7

How to delete Problem Report History in Windows 7:

Click the start buttotn --> the Control Panel (All Items View)--> the Action Center icon --> Click on Maintenance to expand that section --> the View system history link under the Check for solutions to problem reports section --> the View problem reports and responses link at the bottom of the Reliability Monitor --> At the bottom of the Problem History window, click on the Clear Problem History button --> Click on "Clear all" button.

Now all the windows 7 problem history is clear.

Check For Memory Problem In Windows 7

How to Run the Memory Diagnostics Tool in Windows 7:

1. Click the Start button in Windows 7 --> the Control Panel (All Items View) --> the Administrative Tools icon --> Memory Diagnostics Tool.
2. The "windows Memory Diagnostics Tool" window will pop up, select the Restart now and check for problems option.
3. The computer will now restart, and windows will start to check for memory problem. This might take several minutes. By default Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool will run the Standard test.
4. When the test is finished running, the computer will be automatically restarted.

I bought a piece of software. It required me to go to the companies website and download a "validation" file. Every time I open up the file to validate it, I get a strange error message in windows 7:

"The operating system denied access to the specified file"

How to solve the issue:

Check if the file is blocked. Right click --> properties --> look in the bottom right corner for it.
