Google has launched a tool to import your Orkut Photos to Google+ which is a clear indication that Google might shutdown Orkut going forward and concentrate fully on Google+ as its only Social Networking Platform.
You can check your Google+ right sidebar for the importer tool or Alternatively you can Export from Orkut as well using the Copy Albums to Google+ Link on your Albums Page.
