The first is go to the Windows registry to which we go to Run (windows key + r) and typing regedit
Already in the record we move to Route HKEY_LOCALM_MACHINE \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Authentication \ LogonUI \ Background

Here we publish the value OEMBackground adding a 1 in Value Data
Now we go to the \ Windows \ System32 \ oobe \ info.

(We can go to this folder directly by typing run ->% windir% \ System32 \ oobe \)

Here if not, create the folder info and within the folder backgrounds in which we will put the image you want as the startup screen or welcome. The name we have this: backgroundDefault.jpg and its size may not exceed 256 kb
